The City’s permit center is located on the second floor of City Hall, 300 4th Street, Lynden, Washington. Office hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday. The City’s building professionals are readily available to assist you with your application for a variety of permits and explain the review process to you.
