A comprehensive plan has been prepared, adopted and recommended by the planning commission for the physical and other generally advantageous development of the city. That comprehensive plan has been amended by the city council, and was adopted on August 21, 1995 and amended on January 6, 1997. This final ordinance is adopted pursuant to RCW 35A. (Ord. 1022 § 1, 1997; Ord. 1000 § A(part), 1995).
