Meeting Schedule

REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS:

DATE & TIME:	7:00PM on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month, unless it is a holiday. Usually re-scheduled for Tuesday of the same week.
LOCATION:	City Hall Annex, 205 4th Street, Lynden, WA
DETAILS:	These meetings are open to the public. In addition to the scheduled agenda, there is a time set aside at the regularly scheduled meetings for citizens to comment or bring up issues they feel are important for the council to consider. We welcome your attendance and input!

SPECIAL MEETINGS:

DATE & TIME:	Usually announced at one of the regularly scheduled meetings. Always advertised in the local paper and radio stations.
LOCATION:	Varies. Usually at the City Hall Annex, like the regularly scheduled meetings, but sometimes other locations are used. Please pay attention to the advertisements for the location of a particular special meeting, or call us here in the administration office at City Hall: (360) 354-1170.
DETAILS:	These meetings are usually called for a specific purpose, and are open to the public. The media is notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
