Pepin Creek Subarea

The Pepin Creek Subarea (PCSA) has been targeted as the next development area for the City's residential growth. The comprehensive planning efforts for this subarea seek to ultimately create a desirable and attractive neighborhood for Lynden residents to live and recreate.

The Pepin Creek Subarea Plan was first adopted by Lynden City Council in January 2020 and subsequently updated in August 2021. The updated plan is linked below along with supplementary information (zoning, financial, relevant Ordinances) that should begin to provide foundational resources for landowners and future developers in the subarea.
