NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lynden will receive public comment on Nooksack Valley Disposal’s proposed increase in solid waste handling fees on November 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lynden City Annex, located at 205 4th Street, Lynden, during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. If approved, said rates will be effective January 1, 2022.
